Nearly a week on from our Channel Swim event, and what an amazing event it was, raising money for The Lewes ambulances for Ukraine and the Pells pool.

Six teams - Team Camembert, Pells Pooligans, Fantastic 5, Katies Birthday Team, The Wim Hassel Hofs, Naturally Salted.
Team members took a distance to swim of their ability, to make up the distance of swimming the English channel.
A big thank you to the Mayor of Lewes for attending the event and for All staff and Trustees for making this event run so smoothly.
We are already planning the event for 2027 so get those team names ready..
Well Done

A last reminder that tomorrow 12th September throughout the day we have some brave teams swimming the English channel (in the Pells Pool) We all want to wish them luck and ask that as many people as possible can come down to the pool to support (you do not need to be swimming) and help us raise money for the Pells Pool and Lewes Ambulances for Ukraine.
We will be running a cake sale for Macmillan cancer support and a Bbq will be cooking Hotdogs throughout the day.
Dig deep and support what we hope will be a great charity event day.

The Pells Pool would like to remind you all that multiple teams will be swimming the distance of the English channel this Saturday 12th September in the Pool. The money raised from this event will be split between the Pells Pool and Lewes Ambulances for Ukraine.
We will also be doing a Cake Bake sale with proceeds going to the Macmillan cancer support charity. Donations of cakes would be appreciated.
A BBQ will be running throughout the morning as well.
Please come down (you don't need to be swimming) and support all the swimmers and any donations to any of these charities would be amazing.

See you Saturday Team Pells Pool
