After a blast of basketball in the sports hall, we headed to Aldi UK (brolley’s in hand), to pick up some supplies for our Strawberry Eaton Mess’ and Berry Smoothies!

βž– We headed down to Markse beach, for a walk to Saltburn. Doing a litter pick along the way. Getting some valuable steps in (and we just about beat the rain, before tacking the steps).

βž– A conflict, handling emotions and stress relief techniques talk. Some great feedback from the group.

Another brilliant Tuesday, after a morning down the All Year Round The Flower Patch CIC, can’t believe how much it’s come on in such a short period of time!

We then headed over to Yarm, for lunch by the river, followed by some steps.
Seeing a different side to just the usual high street views!
