What a fantastic month it’s been for us! 💜

We’ve been bringing colleagues together through a series of staff events focused on connection, creativity, collaboration and, most importantly, shaping the future of Positive Steps.

From our CEO Paul Axon's reflections on the year ahead, to an engaging World Building session led by Kerry Sutcliffe, the day was all about sharing voices, strengthening connections and imagining what’s possible.

Kate Wilkinson led the Business Development session, where teams came together to generate new ideas, explore opportunities and think about exciting partnerships and possibilities for growth. We came away with some brilliant ideas and we’re looking forward to seeing which ones we can bring to life! 🚀

Our Staff Forum session focused creating a stronger space for colleagues to share their experiences, raise ideas and help influence positive changes across the organisation.

A huge thank you to everyone who contributed, shared ideas and helped make these events so special. Together, we’re shaping tomorrow. ✨
