🎉We hope you’re getting excited about Oldham Histories Festival starting – not long to go! 🎉

As with all the best festivals, we’ve got a pre-event for you. Our Principal Arts & Heritage Officer, Sean Baggaley, will transport you back to Oldham in 1876 with a talk about the Oldham Panorama photograph. 📸

Join Sean on Wednesday 2 September at 2pm for our monthly Gallery Talk. Head upstairs to the top floor at Gallery Oldham to meet him at the link bridge connecting us to the J R Clynes Building.

🥳Are you ready for Oldham Histories Festival?🥳

Our annual celebration of the borough’s heritage is back, with our biggest programme yet. Partners are putting on events that explore everyday histories and dig into the places and people that make Oldham so unique. There’s plenty to see and do at Heritage Libraries and Arts venues, too. Look out for the brochure at Oldham Archives and in your local library or check the Festivals and Outdoor Events section of the HLA What’s On.
