Family Mediation Voucher Scheme extended!

Brilliant news! The MoJ has announced that the Family mediation voucher scheme will be continued for a further year to March 2026.

If you need to discuss issues relating to arrangements for your children then you will likely be entitled to a financial contribution of £500 towards the costs of mediation from the Government. The mediator will apply for the voucher directly.

27th January is the start of National Family Mediation Week

The Family Mediation Council have organised another great lineup of webinars for Family Mediation Week 2025, which are designed to help everyone learn more about family mediation, what it is and how it can help families navigating a separation.

There are sessions for you if you are a member of the public and interested in family mediation because you are going or have been through separation.

This week our Senior Partner Dianne Burke has been with us for Hartlaw for a whopping 22 years!
