Naval Base Guam has established an Emergency Family Assistance Center (EFAC) to provide support and continuous information to all DoD personnel, civilian employees, and family members affected by Typhoon Bavi.

Location: Charles King Gym
Operating Hours: 0800-1600

Services:
* Needs assessments
* Crisis counseling and trauma support
* Housing and emergency relief assistance
* Chaplain and legal services
* Navy Marine Corps Relief Society (NMCRS) services beginning Thursday, July 9th.
