The festivities kick off from June 11 with free exhibitions at Cork City Hall, Cork City Library and the Cork Public Museum celebrating the artist's life.

Borrow a poet with us at The Poet’s Library workshop. Guest poet Bernadette, author of The Risen Tree (Revival Press, 2024), will present an ekphrastic poem: a poem inspired by and responding to a work of art, translating visual or other artistic experiences into literary expression.

Bishopstown Library celebrates Cruinniu na nÓg with a special Origami workshop facilitated by Sachiko Kobayashi. Lots of fun and creativity is guaranteed as Sachiko introduces children to the traditional Japanese art of Origami.
