Charge d’affaires of the Republic of Indonesia in New Delhi Yudho Sasongko, accompanied by representatives from all divisions at the Embassy, received the Indonesian Honorary Consul in Kolkata, Mr. Mahesh Saharia, with the President of Chambers of Commerce Kolkata(2/9).

The discussion focused on elaboration the Year of Tagore-Dewantara in 2026-2027, other Indonesia-India cultural programmes for next year, business forum, trade enhancement, and other matters.

KUAI RI New Delhi Yudho Sasongko menerima courtesy call Dr. Anju Sharma, IAS, Additional Chief Secretary, General Administration Department, Government of Gujarat. Dalam pertemuan tersebut, Indonesia diundang untuk berpartisipasi pada Vibrant Gujarat yang akan diselenggarakan pada 10-12 Januari 2027 di Gandhinagar.
Selain membahas Vibrant Gujarat, Pemerintah Negara Bagian Gujarat juga menyampaikan rencana kunjungan kerja ke Jakarta pada akhir September 2026. Kunjungan tersebut diharapkan dapat menjadi momentum untuk memperkenalkan Vibrant Gujarat sekaligus memperluas jejaring dan peluang kerja sama dengan kalangan bisnis di Indonesia.

KUAI RI New Delhi menyampaikan bahwa KBRI New Delhi senantiasa mendukung berbagai kegiatan dan inisiatif Pemerintah Negara Bagian Gujarat yang berkontribusi pada penguatan hubungan Indonesia–India. KBRI juga mengapresiasi semakin aktifnya partisipasi para pengusaha Gujarat dalam berbagai kegiatan ekonomi dan pameran di Indonesia, termasuk Trade Expo Indonesia (TEI).

KUAI RI New Delhi Yudho Sasongko, didampingi Pokja Ekonomi KBRI New Delhi, menerima Founder & CEO PT Wasteforchange Alam Indonesia (Waste4Change), Mohamad Bijaksana Junerosano, di KBRI New Delhi, Senin (24/8).

Dalam pertemuan tersebut, Junerosano memaparkan kiprah Waste4Change dalam mendorong pengelolaan sampah yang bertanggung jawab dan pengembangan solusi ekonomi sirkular di Indonesia. Kunjungan ke India juga dimanfaatkan untuk melakukan studi banding pengelolaan sampah, termasuk ke Indore, Madhya Pradesh, yang dikenal sebagai salah satu kota terbersih di India.

Pertemuan juga menjajaki potensi kerja sama ekonomi sirkular Indonesia–India, antara lain melalui pertukaran praktik terbaik, pengembangan kapasitas, serta penguatan skema waste credit untuk mendukung pengumpulan dan daur ulang sampah di Indonesia.

KBRI New Delhi siap memfasilitasi hubungan Waste4Change dengan pemerintah, dunia usaha, dan mitra potensial di India guna mendorong terwujudnya kerja sama yang konkret dan berkelanjutan.
