From Business Connections to Timeless Indian Experiences!

The 15th CIC continued beyond the conference hall as international delegates embarked on an immersive Golden Triangle Post Tour, exploring the iconic destinations of Delhi, Agra & Jaipur.

Agra welcomed the delegates with the breathtaking morning view of the Taj Mahal, followed by a fascinating visit to the historic Agra Fort—a journey through India’s rich Mughal heritage.

The journey then continued to the vibrant Pink City of Jaipur, where history, culture, architecture and the warmth of Rajasthan awaited.

A perfect blend of MICE, culture, heritage and hospitality, giving our international delegates a glimpse of the incredible experiences India has to offer.

Women are not just participants in India’s MICE and tourism ecosystem — they are its strength, its driving force and an integral part of shaping the future of the industry.
The 15th CIC brought this thought to the forefront through an impactful session on “Women in Leadership – Shaping the Future of Viksit Bharat.”

Moderated by Ms. Vibha Bhatia, the session brought together inspiring women leaders — Capt. Yashika H. Tyagi, Ms. Nisha Dhingra, Ms. Rucheeka Chhugani, Ms. Rajani Nair Deb and Ms. Stella Ariadne — who shared their experiences and vision for a stronger tourism and MICE ecosystem.

A truly memorable moment came at the conclusion of the session when Convention Chairman Mr. Chander Mansharamani extended a special gesture of respect by inviting all the women present at CIC onto the stage — recognising their contribution, leadership and strength.

His message was clear and powerful: women are the strength of the tourism ecosystem and an integral part of tourism policy-making and shaping the future of the industry.
