As part of its commitment to fostering a safe, respectful and inclusive workplace, IRCTC organized a POSH Awareness Session on 02.06.2026 at its Corporate Office.

The session was conducted by Ms. Monika Dhawan, CS & External Member, POSH Committee, and witnessed enthusiastic participation, with around 60 employees attending in person and 104 employees joining online from various locations.

The interactive session enhanced awareness on the provisions of the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013, encouraged open dialogue, and reinforced IRCTC's commitment towards creating a workplace culture based on dignity, respect and equality for all.
