🌸2年に一度の開催となる、ブリュッセルの「グランプラス」で花を敷き詰めて巨大な絵を描く祭典「フラワーカーペット」が昨日始まりました。
日本とベルギーの国交樹立160年を記念して、今年のテーマは日本。🇧🇪🇯🇵
浮世絵作家・葛飾北斎の「富嶽三十六景　神奈川沖浪裏（なみうら）」が約50万本のダリアで表現されています。面積が約1,300平方メートルにも及ぶ、この花のじゅうたんが8月16日（日）までご覧いただけます。ベルギーで滞在中の方はお見逃しなく!

🌸Once every two years, the famous Brussels Flower Carpet is bringing a wonderful floral creation to the Grand Place in Brussels.
The 2026 edition opened yesterday and is dedicated to 160 years of diplomatic relations between Belgium and Japan.🇧🇪🇯🇵
Until 16 August, 500,000 dahlias are forming a unique design based on 'The Great Wave off Kanagawa', the famous work by the Japanese artist Hokusai. The carpet covers nearly 1,300 square meters. Don’t miss it if you are in Belgium!
