Building confidence. Building skills. Taking the next step.

The Final Step Soft Skills Workshop at the University of Sri Jayewardenepura brought together 254 students for meaningful conversations, industry perspectives and practical learning.

From leadership insights and panel discussions to personality development, confidence building, CV writing and interview skills, the sessions focused on equipping young minds with the skills and confidence needed to take their next step beyond the classroom.

Through initiatives like these, John Keells Foundation continues to empower young people to build brighter, more confident futures.
