Another Successful Trauma Relief Training in Monrovia!

Today, FREE Liberia successfully conducted another One-Day Trauma Relief Training, bringing together nearly 30 participants in Monrovia for a transformative experience focused on healing, resilience, and emotional well-being.

This impactful initiative was implemented by FREE Liberia in collaboration with the Association for Life of Africa (AFLA) and with support from the African Leadership Institute for Community Transformation (ALICT), Cape Town, South Africa.

It was great pleasure to be joined by one of brains of initiative, our Vice Board, Amb. George F. Blamoh from the USA who spiced up the training.

Over the years, this has grown into one of FREE Liberia's signature initiatives, promoting trauma-informed communities and equipping individuals to become agents of healing and hope.

Our Growing Impact

✅ Over 500 beneficiaries reached through Trauma Relief Training across Liberia.

✅ More than 25 Trauma Relief Facilitators trained to extend healing within their communities.

✅ In March and April 2026, through the generous sponsorship of the Friends of Liberia, FREE Liberia implemented Trauma Relief Training in Bomi, Montserrado, and Margibi Counties, reaching approximately 200 participants.

✅ Previous sessions in Kakata and Paynesville impacted nearly 175 participants, continuing our commitment to strengthening individuals, families, and communities.
