📍Une double cérémonie s’est tenue ce 31 juillet 2026, marquée par l’inauguration de la nouvelle route reliant Ambohimahitsy à Ambatobe, ainsi que de la bretelle d’Ambohimahitsy, et par le lancement officiel des travaux du projet de FLYOVER à Anosizato.

🎉La cérémonie a été présidée par le Président de la Refondation et son épouse, en présence des deux Hauts Conseillers de la Refondation, du Premier ministre, Chef du Gouvernement, des membres du Gouvernement, parmi lesquels la Garde des Sceaux, Ministre de la Justice, Madame Fanirisoa ERNAIVO.

⚙️ Dans son allocution, le Président de la Refondation, le Colonel Michaël RANDRIANIRINA, a rappelé que la réhabilitation et la construction d’infrastructures routières s’inscrivent pleinement dans la vision de la Refondation de la République de Madagascar. Au-delà de l’amélioration du réseau routier, ces réalisations visent également à apporter des solutions durables aux difficultés de circulation.

🎯 S’agissant du projet de FLYOVER d’Anosizato, il a souligné qu’il s’agit d’une première étape pour Madagascar, alors que plusieurs pays du continent africain disposent déjà de ce type d’infrastructure. Il a réaffirmé la volonté de poursuivre les efforts de modernisation des infrastructures afin d’accompagner le développement du pays.

📍A double ceremony was held on 31 July 2026, marking the inauguration of the new road linking Ambohimahitsy and Ambatobe, including the Ambohimahitsy access ramp, as well as the official launch of the Anosizato FLYOVER project.

🎉The ceremony was presided over by the President of the Refoundation and the First Lady, in the presence of the two High Counsellors of the Refoundation, the Prime Minister, Head of Government, and members of the Government, including the Minister of Justice and Keeper of the Seals, Mrs. Fanirisoa ERNAIVO.

⚙️ In his address, the President of the Refoundation, Colonel Michaël RANDRIANIRINA, emphasized that the rehabilitation and construction of road infrastructure are fully aligned with the vision of the Refoundation of the Republic of Madagascar. Beyond improving the road network, these projects are intended to provide sustainable solutions to traffic congestion and facilitate mobility.

🎯 Regarding the Anosizato FLYOVER project, he noted that this marks only the beginning for Madagascar, while several other African countries have already developed similar infrastructure. He reaffirmed the Government's commitment to pursuing the modernization of transport infrastructure in support of the country's development.

📍À l'occasion de la Journée mondiale de la lutte contre la traite des êtres humains, célébrée chaque 30 juillet, une cérémonie officielle s'est tenue à l'Hôtel Panorama. Elle a été présidée par le Premier ministre, Chef du Gouvernement, Monsieur RAJAONARISON Mamitiana, en présence notamment de la Garde des Sceaux, Ministre de la Justice, Madame Fanirisoa ERNAIVO. Cet événement a été organisé par le Bureau national de lutte contre la traite des êtres humains (BNLTEH), placé sous l'autorité de la Primature.

✒️Le thème retenu pour l'édition 2026 est consacré à l'exploitation des personnes à travers les réseaux d'escroquerie en ligne : « Derrière les escroqueries en ligne se cachent des personnes piégées. »

⚙️ Dans son allocution, Madame la Ministre a rappelé que la traite des êtres humains constitue une infraction grave et une atteinte à la dignité humaine. Elle a également souligné le rôle essentiel de l'État dans la lutte contre ce fléau, notamment à travers la mise en place d'une Task Force chargée de renforcer la protection et la prise en charge des victimes.

📍On the occasion of the World Day Against Trafficking in Persons, observed annually on 30 July, an official ceremony was held at the Panorama Hotel. The event was presided over by the Prime Minister, Head of Government, Mr. RAJAONARISON Mamitiana, in the presence of the Minister of Justice and Keeper of the Seals, Mrs. Fanirisoa ERNAIVO. The ceremony was organized by the National Office for the Fight Against Trafficking in Persons (BNLTEH) under the authority of the Prime Minister's Office.

✒️The theme for the 2026 observance focuses on the exploitation of individuals through online scam networks: "Behind every online scam, there is a person being exploited."

⚙️ In her address, the Minister emphasized that trafficking in persons is both a criminal offence and a serious violation of human dignity. She also reaffirmed the Government's strong commitment to combating this crime, notably through the establishment of a Task Force dedicated to strengthening the protection and assistance provided to victims.

✨L’Aumônerie Catholique de l’Administration Pénitentiaire (ACAP) de Madagascar a été officiellement inaugurée ce 29 juillet 2026, au sein de la chapelle de la Maison centrale d’Antanimora. Cette structure a pour mission d'assurer l'accompagnement et le renforcement de la vie spirituelle des personnels de l'Administration pénitentiaire.

⛪ À cette occasion, une messe inaugurale a été célébrée par Son Excellence Monseigneur Mamiarisoa Modeste RANDRIANIFAHANANA, Évêque auxiliaire de l’Archidiocèse d’Antananarivo, en présence des hauts responsables du Ministère de la Justice et de l'Administration pénitentiaire, ainsi que des représentants de l’Aumônerie catholique des Forces armées et de la Police nationale.

✨The Catholic Chaplaincy of the Prison Administration (ACAP) of Madagascar was officially inaugurated on 29 July 2026 at the chapel of Antanimora Central Prison. The chaplaincy was established to provide spiritual guidance and foster the spiritual well-being of Prison Administration personnel.

⛪ The inauguration was marked by a Holy Mass celebrated by His Excellency Bishop Mamiarisoa Modeste RANDRIANIFAHANANA, Auxiliary Bishop of the Archdiocese of Antananarivo. The ceremony was attended in the presence of senior officials from the Ministry of Justice and the Prison Administration, as well as representatives of the Catholic Chaplaincy of the Armed Forces and the National Police.

🌷 The theme chosen for the occasion was:
“Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for men.”

Ho fanamafisana ny fandriampahalemana sy hiantohana ny fiarovana ny vahoaka, dia manohy ny hetsika iraisana ataony ny "TASK FORCE Anti-Enlèvement", eo ambany fandrindran’ny CO-FDS, ahitana ny Zandarimariam-pirenena, ny Polisim-pirenena, ary ny Tafika Malagasy.

Mitohy isan’alina ny "barrages" sy ny fisafoana eny an-kianja, ho fisorohana sy hiadiana amin’ny asan-jiolahy ary hiantohana ny filaminam-bahoaka.

Eo anilan’ny vahoaka mandrakariva ny Fitondram-panjakana. Ny fiarovana ny ain’ny olom-pirenena sy ny fananana no laharam-pahamehana, ary mitohy tsy an-kijanona ny ady amin’ny tsy fandriampahalemana.
