If your child is no longer living within the San Vicente Elementary School zone, you will need to transfer your child to the school that serves your current residential zone.

San Vicente Elementary School is excited to welcome our students back for another great school year!

If you have not yet registered your child, please do so as soon as possible. Early registration helps us prepare classrooms, assign teachers, and ensure we are ready to provide the best possible learning experience for every student.

📍 Who should register?
• Returning students
• New students
• Kindergarten students who meet the age requirement (5 years old on or before September 30, 2026).

The sooner you register, the better we can plan for a successful start to the school year.

If you have any questions about the registration process or required documents, please stop by the school office during regular business hours.

Please note due to network connection issues we still do not have working phones on campus.

Please review the attached flyers for important enrollment information.

🔹 Dark Blue Border Flyer: Information and instructions for new students enrolling in PSS who do not have siblings currently enrolled in PSS.

🔹 Light-Colored Border Flyer: Information and instructions for currently enrolled (ongoing) PSS students.

⚠️ If you are experiencing difficulty accessing your Parent Portal account, please let us know. Some accounts may have become inactive due to a lack of usage during the school year and may require reactivation.

The CNMI Public School System is excited to offer the CNMI PSS 2026 Summer Strong Program for K-12 grade PSS students across Saipan, Tinian, and Rota.

Summer Program Schedule:
Registration Period: May 21 – June 05, 2026
Program Dates: June 22 – July 24, 2026
Daily Schedule: 8:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
Program Length: 5 Weeks
Program activities include credit recovery, reading, math, social emotional learning, wellness, and more!
