Start the week with some spooky reads!

Virginia Woolf’s A Haunted House offers a gentle, ghostly presence wrapped in poetic mystery. Stevenson’s Strange Case of Dr Jekyll and Mr Hyde dives into the monstrous duality within us all, and The Turn of the Screw by Henry James delivers psychological suspense through eerie children and ambiguous hauntings.

Together, they evoke the season’s essence, where the line between the seen and unseen blurs, and every shadow holds a story.

📚 Find these books at the UM Main Library:

A Haunted House and Other Writings, Virginia Woolf — PR6045.O72 H38
The Turn of the Screw and Other Stories, Henry James — PS2112 .L8
Strange Case of Dr Jekyll and Mr Hyde, Robert Louis Stevenson — PR5482 2014 (also available as an e-book)
