The Malta Tourism Authority defines collective accommodation 🏨 🏡 as establishments such as hotels and other hotel-type accommodation, including aparthotels, serviced apartments, hostels, guesthouses, boutique hotels, tourist villages and similar establishments licensed by the Authority.

📊According to data issued by the NSO in August 2026, Gozo had 39 collective accommodation establishments, providing over 2,650 bed-places:
