HON. BRANDT WELCOMES MTC RURAL SCHOOLS PROJECT TO DAURES

Hon. Inecia Brandt, Regional Councillor for the Daures Constituency and Deputy Minister of Justice and Labour Relations warmly welcomed the MTC Rural Schools Project recently to the constituency during the handover of newly constructed classrooms at Okongue Primary School.

Launched in 2019, the project forms part of MTC’s commitment to supporting education in underserved communities by providing improved learning infrastructure.

The handover marks an investment in the learners and community of Daures, creating a more conducive environment for teaching and learning.

Members of the public are hereby informed that, in terms of Section 13 of the Regional Councils Act, 1992, the Erongo Regional Council will convene an Ordinary Regional Council Meeting as follows:

The meeting will deliberate on matters relating to regional governance, development planning and service delivery within the Erongo Region.
