Today is the last day to get your entries in😲 If you are stuck and cannot get to the library, never fear! It's snow problem, just send a pic of the front and back of your entry via messenger and I'll be sure to print it off and pop it in for the big draw next week🙂

Holiday program wrap-up!
Thanks to all the amazing kids that participated in our holiday programs. We really had a blast! Three teams took on our escape room showing great grit and determination to work out some pretty tricky code breaks - and boy did they celebrate when they got their hands on the loot! 📍🍫🍭 Well done teams!
In Junior scientists we made our very own Soda bread - creating the rise via chemical reactions instead of waiting on yeast! We went onto whip up (literally!) our own butter. To top it off we made our own scientific colour-changing-lemonade - adding 'Butterfly Pea Flower tea' to our Sprite as a PH indicator then adding citric acid to change our lemonade from purple to PINK and give it a SOUR kick!
We had so much fun in the kitchen with our SD kids that we are thinking of doing more baking next holidays - mmmmm how does that sound? 🍕🍰🍪
