Reading the Harry Potter series before the films had us stuck on what butter beet tastes like. Haven’t tried what’s at Universal studios yet but we’ve tried a few copycats that tasted way too sweet. So finally, we made what we thought it would be. Buttery, lightly tingly on the tongue and just the right amount of sweet.
