As a Driver/Pump Operator, FO1 Philip L Dimaiwat continuously conducts regular maintenance and inspection of the fire trucks to ensure that they remain in good working condition and are always ready for deployment during emergencies.

As part of his routine, he also performs the BLOWBAGETS check to ensure the safety, proper condition, and operational readiness of the fire truck before deployment.

Under the leadership of FCSUPT JUNั–TO F. MASLANG, DSC, Regional Director, and under the direct supervision of FCINSP JOSEPHINE JEANETTE C. BARANDON, RN, MAN, Caretaker, OPFM Camarines Sur, and SFO4 DARIO L. PANERIO, JD, LPT, Officer-in-Charge, the Calabanga Fire Station, in coordination with the DILG Calabanga and the Office of the Municipal Mayor, conducted coordination activities in preparation for the Barangay-Level Rescue-Firefighting Simulation Exercise and Competition, to be held from September 1โ€“30, 2026.

Coordination was conducted with Barangay Sabang, Barangay Comaguingking, Barangay Burabod, Barangay Tomagodtod, Barangay Pinada, and Barangay Harubay as part of the preparations for the said activity.

The activity aims to strengthen the preparedness, knowledge, teamwork, and response capabilities of barangay responders in dealing with fires and other emergencies.

Ngayong Linggo, ang mga duty personnel ng Calabanga Fire Station kasama ang mga fire volunteers ay dumalo sa Banal na Misa Novenario bilang pagpapakita ng pananampalataya at pakikiisa sa mga gawaing panrelihiyon ng ating komunidad.

Ang Calabanga Fire Station ay isa sa mga sponsor ng nasabing Banal na Misa, bilang pakikibahagi sa pagdiriwang at debosyon bilang parangal kay Nuestra Seรฑora de La Porteria.

(WOWLEAP) na makilahok sa Focus Group Discussion (FGD) on Disaster Preparedness and Response na gaganapin sa Agosto 29, 2026, 1:00 PMโ€“5:00 PM sa Senior Citizens Hall, Calabanga, Camarines Sur.

Layunin ng aktibidad na talakayin ang mga programa, serbisyo, at tungkulin ng Bureau of Fire Protection bago, habang, at pagkatapos ng isang kalamidad o sakuna, gayundin ang mga mekanismo ng koordinasyon ng komunidad, partikular para sa mga Persons with Disabilities (PWDs) at kanilang mga organisasyon.

Naka-standby ang ating mga tauhan at fire truck upang magbigay ng agarang assistance at matiyak ang kaligtasan ng mga kalahok at iba pang mga dumalo sa aktibidad. Layunin din nito na mapanatili ang kahandaan ng BFP sa anumang insidente o emergency na maaaring mangyari habang isinasagawa ang programa.
