Initial assessment revealed signs and symptoms suggestive of a possible mild stroke, requiring prompt medical attention. First aid was provided by providing oxygen therapy.

Assessment revealed that the patient has sustained abrasions on the right leg.
First aid was administered by thoroughly cleaning the wounds and applying sterile bandages to site of injury.

Upon arrival at the scene, the patient was found seated on the side of the road. Initial assessment revealed that the patient had sustained a laceration on the right temporal area. First aid was promptly administered by thoroughly cleansing the wounds and applying sterile bandages to the affected areas to prevent further infection.

Upon arrival at the scene, the team immediately assessed the patient and noted experiencing severe difficulty in breathing secondary to asthma. First aid was administered by positioning the patient in a comfortable position inside the ambulance. Oxygen was administered via nasal cannula to alleviate difficulty in breathing, and the patient was guided in proper breathing techniques to promote relaxation.
