​This operational training aims to continuously sharpen the skills, agility, and overall response readiness of our firefighters in safely immobilizing and transporting victims during rescue operations (Emergency Rescue and Transfer). By constantly honing these vital techniques, the San Fernando Fire Station reaffirms its commitment to providing swift, efficient, and life-saving response capabilities to the community.

Under the leadership of 𝐅𝐂𝐒𝐔𝐏𝐓 π‰π”ππˆπ“πŽ 𝐅 πŒπ€π’π‹π€ππ†, 𝐃𝐒𝐂, Regional Director of BFP Region V, and under the supervision of π…π‚πˆππ’π π…π‘π€ππ‚πˆπ’ 𝐁 π‚π€π’π“πˆπ‹π‹πŽ, 𝐑𝐂, Acting Provincial Fire Marshal of Masbate... SFO1 Ulyses B Diesta, Officer-in-Charge, visited the newly installed fire hydrant and extended our sincere thanks.

Our heartfelt gratitude to Hon. Mayor Maria Vida E. Bravo and Mr. Alex H. Molato of San Fernando Water District for responding to our request to install a fire hydrant in a strategic area. This provides a continuous and reliable water supply during firefighting and helps protect lives and property.

Strategically located hydrants allow BFP personnel to quickly connect and start operations, especially in high-risk areas like schools, markets, and densely populated communities. This reduces fire damage, prevents the fire from spreading, and strengthens overall community disaster preparedness through the partnership of BFP, LGU, and the Water District.

Under the leadership of FCSUPT JUNITO F MASLANG, DSC, Regional Director of BFP Region V, and under the supervision of FCINSP FRANCIS B CASTILLO, RC, Acting Provincial Fire Marshal of Masbate, the personnel of San Fernando Fire Station, led by SFO1 Ulyses B Diesta, Officer-in-Charge, successfully conducted Fire Truck and Equipment Day.

This activity aims to ensure a high level of readiness and operational capability of the fire truck and firefighting equipment in responding to fires and various types of emergencies and disasters. Through regular inspection, cleaning, and maintenance, the San Fernando Fire Station ensures prompt, safe, and effective emergency response and service to the entire community.
