Your mind matters. Your story matters. YOU matter.

Midterms, project deadlines, group work, and adulting all hitting at once? Itโ€™s completely normal to feel overwhelmed, exhausted, or stuck. But remember: taking care of your mental health isnโ€™t a luxury. IT IS ESSENTIAL. You donโ€™t have to carry the weight of everything all by yourself.

Look out for your friends and classmates. A simple "Kumusta ka talaga?" over fishballs after class, sharing a meal at the canteen, or just taking a walk around campus together can make a world of difference. Letโ€™s build a community where checking on each other is second nature and seeking help is seen as a sign of strength, not weakness.

๐Ÿ’š Your Protective Factors (Your Mental Health Armor):

Connection: Surround yourself with supportive peers, family, and trusted mentors.

Routine & Self-Care: Prioritize proper sleep, balanced meals, and taking real study breaks.

Healthy Outlets: Engage in sports, campus organization activities, or creative hobbies to decompress.

Open Conversations: Expressing how you feel instead of bottling it up.

You are never alone, and there is always support ready for you whenever you need it.
