📍ODIONGAN, ROMBLON | Redocumentation Completion Team (RCT) at ibang mga kawani ng DARPO-Romblon ay bumisita at nakipagpulong sa mga benepisyaryo hinggil sa Validation of Landholdings sa ilalim ng Support to Parcelization of Lands for Individual Titling (SPLIT) Project.

Naging daan ito upang mas mapadali at maging maayos ang susunod na mga proseso sa implementasyon ng proyekto.

𝗦𝗲𝗰𝘂𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗟𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗧𝗵𝗲𝘆 𝗧𝗶𝗹𝗹: 𝗗𝗔𝗥 𝗥𝗼𝗺𝗯𝗹𝗼𝗻 𝗔𝗱𝘃𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗦𝗣𝗟𝗜𝗧 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁

DAR Romblon is currently conducting land surveys under the Support to Parcelization of Lands for Individual Titling (SPLIT) Project — a nationwide initiative that helps agrarian reform beneficiaries move from collective land ownership to individual titles.

This effort forms part of DAR’s mandate under the Comprehensive Agrarian Reform Program to secure land tenure for Filipino farmers. Once surveys are validated, DAR Romblon will proceed with the processing and distribution of individual titles.

Every parcel surveyed today is a step closer to a title secured tomorrow.

🗓️ Sa pagtatapos ng Midyear Performance Assessment ng SPLIT Project, ibinahagi ni Engr. 𝗥𝗼𝗴𝗲𝗹𝗶𝗼 𝗗. 𝗠𝗮𝗱𝗮𝗿𝗰𝗼𝘀, 𝗖𝗘𝗦𝗢 𝗩, 𝗣𝗔𝗥𝗣𝗢 𝗜𝗜 𝗻𝗴 𝗗𝗔𝗥 𝗥𝗼𝗺𝗯𝗹𝗼𝗻, ang kanyang mensahe ng inspirasyon at pagbibigay-diin sa kahalagahan ng sama-samang pagsusuri bilang gabay sa mas mahusay na pagpapatupad ng mga susunod na gawain.

Masusing sinuri sa aktibidad ang mga naging accomplishment sa ikalawang quarter at ang kasalukuyang estado ng mga sumusunod: landholdings para sa survey, Re-issuance/ Correction at mga usaping ALI Case, 𝙀𝙣𝙫𝙞𝙧𝙤𝙣𝙢𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙖𝙡 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙎𝙤𝙘𝙞𝙖𝙡 𝙎𝙖𝙛𝙚𝙜𝙪𝙖𝙧𝙙𝙨 (ESS) Status, Registration and Distribution sa 𝘾𝙤𝙡𝙡𝙚𝙘𝙩𝙞𝙫𝙚 𝘾𝙇𝙊𝘼 𝙄𝙣𝙫𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙤𝙧𝙮 𝙎𝙮𝙨𝙩𝙚𝙢 (CCIS), 𝙄𝙣𝙙𝙞𝙫𝙞𝙙𝙪𝙖𝙡 𝙇𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝘿𝙞𝙨𝙩𝙧𝙞𝙗𝙪𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣 𝙁𝙤𝙡𝙙𝙚𝙧 (ILDF) Status, Status of Validated Landholdings, pati na rin ang Allotment and Cash (Analysis at Status) ng SPLIT Project.

📝Nagkaroon din ng isang open forum kung saan malayang nagbahagi ang mga kawani ng kanilang mga suliranin, obserbasyon, at mungkahi upang mas mapabuti pa ang implementasyon ng programa sa mga susunod na buwan.

Ito ay isang hakbang tungo sa pagbibigay ng indibidwal na titulo ng lupa sa mga benepisyaryo ng repormang agraryo.

Bawat lupa ay may kwentong dala, kwento ng tiyaga at kwento ng pangarap ng mga magsasaka.🌱
