National Printing Office

National Printing Office NPO is the Government's official printer, responsible for producing the nation's public documents and records.

Per Executive Order No. 285 dated July 25, 1987; and as amended by E.O 378 the National Printing Office (NPO) is mandated to continue to provide printing services to government agencies and instrumentalities as mandated by law. However it shall no longer enjoy exclusive jurisdiction over the printing services requirements of the government over standard forms. Provided that the printing of account

able forms and sensitive high quality / volume printing requirements shall only be undertaken by recognized government printers which include the National Printing Office. It shall also continue to provide printing of Official Ballots and Election Paraphernalia which could be shared with Banko Sentral ng Pilipinas, upon the discretion of the Commission on Election consistent with the provision of the Election Code of 1987. The Office may also accept other government printing jobs, including government Publications, but not in an exclusive basis. The Office will also undertake the printing need of the Presidential Communications Operations Office and the Office of the President.

The National Printing Office (NPO) successfully conducted its Thursday Wellness Program through an energizing Zumba session on July 23, 2026, at the NPO Atrium. This initiative reflects the agencyโ€™s continuing commitment to promoting employee wellness, encouraging active and healthy lifestyles, and fostering the physical and mental well-being of its workforce.

NPO Completes Microsoft Excel Training Workshop in Support of Digital Transformation

The National Printing Office (NPO) successfully concluded its in-house Microsoft Excel Training Workshop Series, conducted by GAL220 Business Support Services on July 13โ€“15 and 20โ€“22, 2026, as part of its continuing efforts to strengthen the technical competencies of its personnel and promote more efficient, systematic, and data-driven operations.

The training equipped participants with practical knowledge and hands-on skills in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis, process automation, and effective information management. These competencies will enable employees to streamline workflows, improve productivity, and support more informed decision-making across the agency.

This initiative reflects the NPOโ€™s steadfast commitment to administrative efficiency, sound data governance, and operational excellence as it advances its digitalization and modernization agenda.

Viva Apo Baket! ๐Ÿ™

The National Printing Office (NPO) successfully concluded the three-day sacred visitation of the Pilgrim Image of Our Lady of the Rosary of Manaoag from July 20 to 22, 2026, at the NPO Atrium. This blessed occasion brought together employees, partner agencies, and devotees in prayer, reflection, and thanksgiving, reaffirming our shared faith and commitment to serving the Filipino people with integrity and compassion.

The NPO extends its heartfelt gratitude to Rev. Fr. Freddie M. Sabado, SVD, for celebrating the Holy Masses throughout this meaningful observance. We likewise express our sincere appreciation to the representatives of the Minor Basilica of Our Lady of Manaoag, under the guidance of Mr. Ledy de Guzman, for making this Marian visitation possible through their invaluable support and assistance.

We also commend the Organizing Committee and all NPO personnel, led by Composing Division Chief Mr. Roy-Leo C. Pablo, whose dedication and teamwork ensured the solemn, orderly, and successful conduct of this spiritual celebration.

The National Printing Office (NPO) hereby announces the adjustment to the schedule for the last day of the sacred Visit of the Pilgrim Image of Our Lady of the Rosary of Manaoag.

โ€‹The Thanksgiving Holy Mass and Farewell Rites for the Blessed Virgin Mary will be celebrated today, July 22 (Wednesday), 11:00 AM at the NPO Atrium, EDSA corner NIA Road, Diliman, Quezon City.

โ€‹All NPO personnel, visitors, and devotees are advised to present a valid government or agency-issued ID upon entry.

โ€‹Join us as we offer our prayers, intentions, and gratitude in this blessed visitation.

The National Printing Office (NPO) joyfully and prayerfully welcomes the Pilgrim Image of Our Lady of the Rosary of Manaoag to the NPO Atrium.

As we begin this three-day Marian visitation, may the loving presence and intercession of the Blessed Virgin Mary lead us to deeper faith, spiritual renewal, and heartfelt reflection. May she strengthen our commitment to serve with integrity, excellence, humility, and compassion, inspiring us to remain faithful stewards of public service for the Filipino people.

The Pilgrim Image will be available for veneration from July 20โ€“22, 2026, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

We warmly invite all NPO employees, service partners, and fellow government personnel to visit the Pilgrim Image, offer prayers and intentions, and share in this grace-filled occasion.
