AS in Action

In light of the reported increase in COVID-19 cases in parts of Manila and Quezon City, the Administrative Service (AS) continues to conduct regular weekly sanitation and disinfection activities across the DSWD Central Office, including the Tara Basa and Crisis Intervention Program offices along Commonwealth Avenue, Quezon City, the DSWD Academy and the Luzon Disaster Resource Center in Pasay City, and the 4Ps Training Center in Bago Bantay, Quezon City.

Office spaces, workstations, common areas, and high-touch surfaces are regularly cleaned and disinfected to maintain a safe and sanitary workplace, help prevent the spread of communicable diseases, and protect the health and well-being of employees, clients, and visitors.

This initiative underscores the continued dedication of the General Administration and Support Services Group (GASSG) to providing a safe, sanitary, and conducive work environment. Through the sustained implementation of these preventive measures, GASSG reinforces the Department's commitment to occupational health and safety while supporting the efficient and uninterrupted delivery of public services.
