Red Cross Youth Capiz The Red Cross Youth (RCY) is one of the six major services of the Philippine Red Cross.

Its mission is to educate and empower children and youth in the spirit of the Red Cross through constructive trainings and effective leadership and provide opportunities for directing and harnessing their energies and idealism into worthwhile humanitarian activities.

VISION: The Philippine National Red Cross be the foremost humanitarian organization in the Philippines, in services provided and number of people served. MISSION: The Philippine National Red Cross brings timely, effective, and compassionate humanitarian assistance for the most vulnerable without consideration of nationality, race, creed, gender, social status or political belief
