یومِ آزادی ہفتہ شجرکاری مہم 2026 کے سلسلے میں ڈسٹرکٹ یوتھ آفس مانسہرہ نے قلب ویلفیئر فاؤنڈیشن (رجسٹرڈ) کے اشتراک سے یوتھ آفس مانسہرہ کے گردونواح میں زیتون کے پودے لگا کر شجرکاری مہم کا انعقاد کیا۔
اس بامقصد مہم کے مہمانِ خصوصی ڈپٹی کمشنر مانسہرہ تھے، جنہوں نے زیتون کا پودا لگا کر مہم کا باقاعدہ افتتاح کیا۔ اس موقع پر ایڈیشنل ڈپٹی کمشنر (جنرل) مانسہرہ، جناب سہیل احمد نے بھی ڈپٹی کمشنر مانسہرہ کے ہمراہ شرکت کی اور شجرکاری مہم میں بھرپور حصہ لیا۔
اس موقع پر ڈپٹی کمشنر مانسہرہ نے شجرکاری کی اہمیت پر روشنی ڈالتے ہوئے کہا کہ درخت لگانا وطن سے محبت کا عملی اظہار ہے، جبکہ زیتون جیسے مفید درخت نہ صرف ماحول کو بہتر بناتے ہیں بلکہ معاشی اور زرعی ترقی میں بھی اہم کردار ادا کرتے ہیں۔
اس مہم کا مقصد نوجوانوں میں ماحولیاتی شعور اجاگر کرنا، شجرکاری کو فروغ دینا اور پائیدار ترقی کے تصور کو عام کرنا ہے۔ ڈسٹرکٹ یوتھ آفس مانسہرہ اور قلب ویلفیئر فاؤنڈیشن (رجسٹرڈ) اس عزم کا اعادہ کرتے ہیں کہ وہ ضلع مانسہرہ کو مزید سرسبز، خوبصورت اور ماحول دوست بنانے کے لیے ایسے اقدامات کا سلسلہ جاری رکھیں گے۔

یومِ استحصالِ کشمیر کے موقع پر اظہارِ یکجہتی ریلی و شجرکاری مہم

یومِ استحصالِ کشمیر کے موقع پر ڈسٹرکٹ یوتھ آفس مانسہرہ نے قلب ویلفیئر فاؤنڈیشن (رجسٹرڈ) کے اشتراک سے آج دربند، مانسہرہ میں کشمیری عوام سے اظہارِ یکجہتی کے لیے ایک پُروقار ریلی کا انعقاد کیا۔

ریلی میں نوجوانوں، سماجی کارکنان، طلبہ اور مقامی شہریوں نے بڑی تعداد میں شرکت کی اور کشمیری عوام کے حقِ خودارادیت کی بھرپور حمایت کا اظہار کیا۔ شرکاء نے بینرز اور پلے کارڈز اٹھا رکھے تھے جن پر کشمیر کے حق میں نعرے اور یکجہتی کے پیغامات درج تھے۔

اس موقع پر مقررین نے 5 اگست 2019 کے بھارتی غیر آئینی اور یکطرفہ اقدامات کا ذکر کرتے ہوئے کہا کہ مقبوضہ جموں و کشمیر کی خصوصی آئینی حیثیت، جو آرٹیکل 370 اور آرٹیکل 35A کے تحت حاصل تھی، کو ختم کرنا اقوامِ متحدہ کی قراردادوں، بین الاقوامی قوانین اور کشمیری عوام کی خواہشات کے منافی اقدام تھا۔ انہوں نے کہا کہ اسی مناسبت سے ہر سال یومِ استحصالِ کشمیر منایا جاتا ہے تاکہ عالمی برادری کی توجہ مقبوضہ جموں و کشمیر میں جاری انسانی حقوق کی خلاف ورزیوں اور کشمیری عوام کی مشکلات کی جانب مبذول کرائی جا سکے۔

ریلی کے اختتام پر شرکاء نے شجرکاری مہم میں بھی بھرپور حصہ لیا اور ماحول کے تحفظ، موسمیاتی تبدیلیوں سے نمٹنے اور ایک سرسبز و شاداب پاکستان کے عزم کے تحت پودے لگائے۔ مقررین نے اس بات پر زور دیا کہ قومی یکجہتی کے ساتھ ساتھ ماحول کا تحفظ بھی ہماری اجتماعی ذمہ داری ہے، اور ایسی سرگرمیاں نوجوانوں میں حب الوطنی، سماجی خدمت اور ماحولیاتی شعور کو فروغ دینے میں اہم کردار ادا کرتی ہیں۔

مقررین نے اس عزم کا اعادہ کیا کہ پاکستان کا ہر شہری اپنے کشمیری بھائیوں اور بہنوں کے ساتھ کھڑا ہے اور ان کی حقِ خودارادیت کی منصفانہ جدوجہد کی اخلاقی، سفارتی اور سیاسی حمایت جاری رکھے گا۔ انہوں نے عالمی برادری سے مطالبہ کیا کہ مقبوضہ جموں و کشمیر میں انسانی حقوق کی خلاف ورزیوں کا مؤثر نوٹس لیا جائے اور کشمیری عوام کو اقوامِ متحدہ کی متعلقہ قراردادوں کے مطابق حقِ خودارادیت فراہم کرنے کے لیے عملی اقدامات کیے جائیں۔

تقریب کے اختتام پر کشمیر کے شہداء کے درجات کی بلندی، زخمیوں کی جلد صحت یابی، مقبوضہ جموں و کشمیر میں امن و انصاف کے قیام، کشمیر کی آزادی، اور پاکستان کی سلامتی، استحکام اور خوشحالی کے لیے خصوصی دعا کی گئی۔۔
