In light of increasing financial pressure on the Government of Balochistan, the administration is prioritizing severalmeasures, including the rationalization of excess human resource capacity in various departments.
To address this, a meeting was convened under the chairmanship of the Secretary, Urban Planning & Development Department, with the Secretary, Services & General Administration Department, and representatives from other concerned departments in attendance.
During the meeting, the HR capacity of the Quetta Development Authority was thoroughly reviewed. Following detailed deliberations and considering the prevailing financial constraints, certain structural adjustments were approved.
The meeting concluded with a firm commitment to ensuring transparency, placing the right person in the right job, and upholding merit and workmanship across all levels.
