πŸ’™Your business has the power to do something that matters this August.

Champions for Children: Fiesta of Hope is more than a fundraising event. It is a night where this community comes together to say that the children and families in Otero and Lincoln Counties are worth showing up for. Every sponsorship makes that night possible. Every dollar raised goes directly toward the care, healing, and support we provide every single day.

🌟Swipe through to find the sponsorship level that is right for you. From Platinum to Bronze, every level puts your name alongside a cause this community believes in deeply.

And if a full sponsorship is not the right fit right now, you can still be part of Fiesta of Hope by donating an item, service, or experience to our silent auction. Your contribution will be recognized at the event and in front of an audience of community leaders, advocates, and supporters who show up because they care.

This is your invitation to stand with the children in our community!

Words do not disappear after they are spoken. They settle into a child and become part of how that child sees themselves.

Be mindful of what you leave behind. A child who grows up hearing they are loved, capable, and enough will carry that with them for life. So will a child who does not.

This guide walks you through exactly what to say, what to avoid, and how to keep that conversation going long after today.

Swipe through and save this. Share it with a parent who needs it. 🧑

June is Gun Violence Awareness Month.

Gun violence does not just take lives. It changes the lives of the children who witness it. The fear does not go away when the danger does. It stays in their bodies, their behavior, and their sleep long after the event is over.

At Kid's Inc. Child Advocacy Center, we serve children in Otero and Lincoln Counties who have witnessed violent crimes firsthand. We see what that weight looks like up close every single day.

You have the power to help stop it before it starts.

Notice the warning signs in your community. Trust your instincts. Speak up. Report concerns to local law enforcement or call us at 575-214-2558.

A child's safety is worth that phone call. 🧑

Every child deserves to feel safe, loved, and supported. Not as a privilege. As a right.

On International Children's Day, we celebrate every child. The ones who laugh loudly. The ones still finding their voice. And the ones who are quietly healing.

To every child and family in Otero and Lincoln Counties who have trusted us with their hardest moments, you walked through our doors, and we have not forgotten you.

Happy International Children's Day. πŸ’™

Children do not form their self-worth in a vacuum. They build it by watching the adults closest to them.

Here is what your mental health is teaching your child about themselves:

πŸ‘‰πŸ» When you constantly put yourself down, your child learns that self-criticism is normal. They start doing it too.
πŸ‘‰πŸ» When you refuse to ask for help, your child learns that needing support is a weakness. They will suffer in silence rather than speak up.
πŸ‘‰πŸ» When you stay in relationships where you are not respected, your child learns that is what love looks like. They will accept the same.
πŸ‘‰πŸ» When you ignore your own emotions, your child learns that feelings are not safe to express. They will bottle everything up.
πŸ‘‰πŸ» When you are always anxious, your child's nervous system mirrors yours. Their bodies learn to stay on high alert even when there is no danger.

Your child is not just watching what you do. They are deciding what they deserve based on what they see.

Getting help for yourself is not selfish. It is one of the most direct ways to protect your child's sense of worth.

There are no words big enough for what they gave.

They left home knowing the risk. They served anyway. And some of them never made it back.

Today is for them. For the names on the memorials. For the empty seats at family tables. For the people who gave everything in service to this country.

We are grateful beyond what words can cover.
Happy Memorial Day. May we never forget the cost of the freedom we carry.

Yelling is something most parents do without realizing how big it feels on the other side.

You do not have to be perfect. You do have to be willing to come back, sit down, and make it right.

That is what your child will remember. Save this and share it with a parent who needs it today.
