El Portal includes: newspapers, magazines, journal articles, and books such as encyclopedias. El Portal also features auto repair manuals via ChiltonLibrary.com and HelpNow and JobNow resources from Brain Fuse. Digital materials are available for all age ranges and interests.

Today's teen program was an Iron Chef contest: college dorm edition! Participants (alone or in groups) were given one flour tortilla and a cup of ramen, and had to make something healthy and something for a dessert. When they were through they voted on best presentation and use of ingredients, and group #4 won by a landslide!
