Overcrowding, understaffing and the refusal to reform HALT contributed to an unsafe environment for correctional officers, staff & inmates.

We warned of the potential life-threatening impact of the grid’s failure during an extreme weather event.

On cue, we have a failure during a stretch of days when temperatures will reach 100 in parts of the state.

Decisions in Albany have consequences.

While Democrats are happy to gamble with our energy future to satiate liberal climate activists, Assembly Republicans are demanding a more reliable, responsible & realistic energy approach.
