I lost my WiFi this weekend (along with most phone abilities) and it’s been an eye opener as to how much I personally need another phone free weekend.

Even after hosting these retreats and benefiting greatly from them, I also fall back into old patterns and end up 100% dependent on being “connected”.

We can’t avoid it anymore but we can give ourselves breaks for our brains to rest.

✨The creativity and overall wellness that follows one of these is something that can’t be put into words, only experienced.

I’ll be making an event page with details soon but if you are wanting to join us for another one, it will be October 23-25.

•There will be an emergency phone.
•Meals and snacks provided.

❗️Your kids and family will survive.
❗️So will the business you run.

The weather will be perfect.
Glamping and camping options available and Glamping will sell out fast.

Hope you’ll join us for another transformative weekend!

Blueberries, bugs and heat 🥵

Next time you visit, look around for the wild blueberries 🫐
They’re so sweet and have twice the nutrients as store bought berries.

•If you are planning a visit here in the next month, please make sure you’re prepared to have bug spray on most times of the day, have a thermacell or bug repellent candles.

•You can be comfortable this time of year (especially when sitting in the cold water!) but it does require multiple bug repellent methods for the other times.

•To survive the hottest part of the day, bring chairs and an umbrella and stay in the water.
(The AC will not cool mid day).
You’ll forget it’s hot.
You can also bring tubes and hike up the trail (bug spray with deet needed for deep woods) and float down.

Returning guests feel free to reach out for direct booking.

Hey fellow wanderers ✌️

It’s been a busy couple of months out here.
And I’ve had almost zero desire to be on social media lately. Anyone else?

Not ideal for running a business 😅 but amazing for mental health.

The rest of May weekends are booked, but weekdays are wide open if you can sneak away.
June + July weekends are starting to fill up too.

The creek is cold, the weather is warming up and it’s as peaceful out here as ever ✨

Come wander, unplug and let nature do what it does best 💚☀️🌱

* we are closed for private groups this weekend (15–17) and Wed–Sun next week.
