Supercharged after spending time with the Research & Development team in Canada. 🇨🇦

This opportunity left me reflecting on where I am and where I want to be. It’s incredible how much life can change in just a few years.

I truly love what I get to do every day. Serving my patients the right way, providing opportunities for my team, and making decisions based on what is BEST for the patient’s hearing healthcare instead of profitability quotas or corporate pressure.

The end of one chapter can sometimes just be the beginning of a better one, not the end of the book.
