Easier Than Ever to Build Manufactured & Modular Housing in Anchorage

Thinking about adding housing to your property? Recent Title 21 updates now make it easier for property owners to place manufactured or modular housing across the Anchorage Bowl — and to repair existing manufactured or modular homes.

These changes help reduce red tape, expand where these homes are allowed, and support faster, lower-cost housing options for Anchorage residents.

Turn Data Into Funding: Mapping Stronger Grant Strategies

In this session, PolicyMap explores what strong data integration looks like in practice, including how to identify meaningful indicators, uncover geographic trends and disparities, and use data to strengthen needs statements, strategic plans, and community narratives.

See PolicyMap in action and learn how to efficiently locate, layer, and map key municipal data in one place—and how these insights can be translated into real-world grant strategy.

This session is ideal for municipal leaders, grant writers, planners, and community development professionals looking to strengthen their funding strategy through more efficient, strategic use of data. The webinar will conclude with key takeaways and a live Q&A.
