Public Service Announcement 📢

There was a letter sent out on Wednesday July 29, 2026 by the Planning and Zoning Department regarding a public hearing for a zoning change on 6 lots on W Grand Ave and W Missouri Ave, the date on the letter states August 11th, 2026 that is incorrect. The Public Hearing will be August 25th at 5:00 pm. We apologize for the mistake, all surrounding properties within 100’ft radius will receive a corrected certified letter.
