The state fair butter sculptor was here to teach us butter sculpting in May. Here's her next project:

The 2026 Butter Cow companion sculpture is here… or at least, it will be in August 🧈🐄

The sculpture, “Meet Me at the Pepsi Clock,” is a celebration of Fair Spirit, and the people, culture and traditions that make Iowa shine. This tribute brings together agriculture, art, music and hometown pride in one unforgettable display. Stop by during the first few days of the Fair to watch Sarah Pratt add the final touches live.

Sharing books with your baby and young child makes a difference!

You can see it when it happens — a child leaning in closer, lost in the page.
Across all countries studied, children enrolled in Dolly Parton's Imagination Library were far more likely to engage deeply during shared reading.
