Our junior high students wrapped up the school year with two days of exciting end-of-year events!

The festivities began yesterday with Field/Water Day, where students enjoyed friendly competition, outdoor games, and plenty of opportunities to cool off. The day was filled with teamwork, laughter, and fun.

The excitement continued today with a colorful and energetic Color Run. Students ran through the course while being showered with vibrant colors, creating a fun-filled experience that celebrated their hard work and accomplishments throughout the year. It was a great opportunity to build school spirit and make lasting memories before summer break.

A huge thank you to Mrs. Kaiser and Mrs. Avila for organizing the Color Run, and a special shout-out to our incredible junior high staff for planning and leading Field/Water Day.

Bellevue ASB had the opportunity to visit California’s Great America this year as an end-of-year celebration in recognition of their hard work, dedication, and commitment to their school. Students enjoyed a day of fun and had the chance to spend one final memorable outing together before the school year comes to a close. Mr. Navarro is incredibly proud of all the students and wishes his 8th-grade ASB members the very best as they begin their high school journeys. He looks forward to continuing this tradition and providing the same rewarding experience for future ASB students in the years ahead.

Thank you to all the staff who participated in this year’s Student vs. Staff basketball game and helped create such a memorable experience for our boys’ basketball team.

The staff came away with the win this year, but the boys put up a great fight and represented themselves well. More importantly, events like these remind us that we are more than just a school—we are a community and a family.

Thank you to everyone who played, supported, and cheered from the sidelines. Until next year!

We want to give a big shout out to Bellevue’s Classified and Certificated employees for receiving the Excellence in Education Award!

Congratulations to Mrs. Marycela for her astounding work as a Community Outreach Coordinator, and to Mrs. Granado for her dedication and excellence as a TK teacher. Your hard work and commitment to our students and community do not go unnoticed!

We also want to give Mr. Gamble a huge shout out for his many years of dedicated service. Mr. Gamble will be retiring at the end of this school year! We wish you all the best in retirement — and remember, once a Bobcat, always a Bobcat!

Sports Physicals at Bellevue — Tomorrow!

Any student who will be in 6th–8th grade during the 2026–2027 school year and plans to participate in a junior high sport must have an updated sports physical on file. Completing a physical now will clear students for tryouts and practices next school year.

College and Career Week at Bellevue

A big thank you to Mrs. Jessica, Mrs. Snell, and Mr. Navarro for their hard work and dedication in organizing an engaging and successful College and Career Week for our students. Throughout the week, students had valuable opportunities to explore a variety of college and career pathways.

Our 7th and 8th grade students did an excellent job presenting different colleges to the younger grades, helping to inspire and inform their peers about future possibilities.

We would also like to extend our sincere appreciation to our guest speakers and community partners, including UC Merced, Merced College, Strengthening Families, Merced County Behavioral Health, Student Resiliency Center, Cal Fire, Atwater Police Department, BCHS Career Pathways, and the U.S. Army. Thank you for taking the time to speak with our students and share insights about career opportunities and future goals. Your support helped make this week both meaningful and memorable for our students.

Congratulations to both the A and B Teams for taking 1st place at the Ballico Boys Basketball Tournament! Both teams played exceptionally well all weekend. A big thank you to Coach Rocha, Coach Martinez, Coach Gomez, and Coach Pancho for dedicating their time and energy to support the boys at these events.
