Listening helps us grow.

At CLA, feedback from the people we serve and their families helps guide how our programs evolve.

We gather input through:
• Satisfaction surveys
• The Family Advisory Committee
• The PRS Advisory Group

These opportunities help ensure that the voices of individuals and families are reflected in the programs and services we provide.

Because the best services are built with the community—not just for the community.

For many families, the transition to adulthood raises new questions about daily routines, friendships, and opportunities for independence.

At CLA’s CLASS Day Program, adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities have opportunities to build connections, explore interests, and participate in meaningful community activities.

A typical day may include:
• Community outings
• Creative and recreational activities
• Social connection and friendships
• Skill-building experiences

The goal is to support individuals in living full, engaged lives—while staying connected to their community.

When Paul comes to CLASS, he’s not just participating in activities—he’s building confidence, independence, and connection.

Items like art supplies or treadmills help make those moments possible.

At Community Living Alternatives, planning for services begins by listening to the individual receiving support and the people who know them best.

This approach — called person-centered planning — helps ensure that services reflect what matters most to the person.

Instead of fitting someone into a program, supports are built around their:
• Interests
• Goals
• Strengths
• Preferred activities
• Community connections

By starting with the individual and their family, we can design supports that help people build meaningful, connected lives in their community.
