We’ve officially kicked off our PTA's fall fundraising campaign! Our goal is to raise $45,000 to directly support Brentwood teachers and classrooms.

You may recognize this campaign by its former name: the Bulldog Fund. This year, we’re calling it the Brentwood Teacher Fund to make its purpose clearer. The dollars raised through this campaign are dedicated to supporting our teachers and putting needed resources directly into our classrooms.

Ready to help us kick things off? This only works if our community is invested. Let’s show up for our teachers and classrooms and hit our $45k goal by November 15!

Do you have old Brentwood shirts you don't want anymore? Donate them and we'll give them a new life!

We've parted with LASA High School's fashion department, and their students will be taking our old Brentwood apparel and reusing them to make new designs.

You can drop them in the Community Room. All Brentwood shirts accepted, even if they have stains, holes or autographs. We're collecting until 9/21.

To kick off the fall book fair, please join us this Saturday, September 12, for Loved Ones Day!

It's a great opportunity for students, families, and their loved ones – grandparents, aunts, uncles, neighbors, and special friends – to shop the book fair and enjoy fun activities together.

While we're talking tie-dye, we know some families have been thinking about the sustainability of creating new shirts every year - and so have we. It's a beloved Brentwood tradition, and we're thinking about how it can evolve over time to keep the fun and community while being more sustainable.

For this year, we're proceeding as usual with new shirts for every student, but we're also excited to try something new...

We've partnered with the LASA High School fashion department to give old Brentwood apparel new life! Their students will repurpose donated shirts into new designs as part of a school project, with finished pieces available for resale later this fall.

So, do you have old Brentwood gear your family is done wearing? Bring any old tie-dye tees or other Brentwood apparel to Back to School Night and drop them in the tie-dye transformer box in the Community Room.

Any condition welcome, including shirts with holes, stains and autographs. We'll be collecting through Monday, 9/21.

Please consider supporting the PTA by becoming a member! Our goal is 700 members this year.

Anyone can join - parents, grandparents, neighbors, family members, caregivers, even students themselves!

Every member gives us a bigger voice when it comes to advocating for our school and our district at the state level. This year, maybe more than ever, every single member matters.

Membership is just $15 (only $6 for students!). You don't have to attend meetings and you don't have to donate more money. You won't get a bunch of emails. (Of course, we'd love if you came to meetings or contributed in other ways, but you are under no obligation to do anything else!)

This year, our goal is to have 700 members: that's 1 for every student at Brentwood. We're already up to just over 300.
