We are pleased to announce the 2026 Texas Foundations Fund nonprofit grantees!

Through the Texas Foundations Fund, TSAHC partners with nonprofit organizations across Texas to support housing programs that assist very low-income households. This year, a total of 80 grants were awarded to support home repairs and accessibility modifications in owner-occupied homes as well as supportive housing services proven to help households maintain their housing stability.

Pathway Fund – Up to $175,000 is available for organizations addressing or preventing heirs' property issues. Applications are open August 3-21.

FORTIFIED Fund Rental Program – Up to $1 million per project is available to help upgrade roofs on affordable rental housing with FORTIFIED Roof standards that better protect against hurricanes, high winds, hail, and severe storms. Applications are open September 1-30.
