Another summer of creativity, collaboration, and impact with GSD&M! 🤝💙 We were thrilled to once again partner with their talented Daze of Summer interns for a pro bono project benefiting Helping Hand Home.

Throughout the summer, the team developed creative assets, strategies, and recommendations to strengthen our brand, communications, and analytics — helping us better share our mission, expand our reach, communicate our impact, and strengthen internal processes. 📈

Congratulations to our August Employee of the Month, Madison Silva! 🌟

Madison serves as a Foster & Adoption Case Manager on our Foster & Adoption team, and her dedication to the children and families she supports is evident in everything she does. She has built incredible trust with our foster and adoptive parents and, most importantly, with the children on her caseload.

Whether she’s offering thoughtful guidance, making time for weekend visits or responding to emergency placements, Madison consistently goes above and beyond to ensure our children and families feel safe, supported, and cared for. 💙

Her compassion, honesty, and commitment to showing up when it matters most does not go unnoticed. Thank you, Madison, for making a positive difference and providing hope and healing every day!

Back to School! 🚌🎒

We are so grateful to our longtime partners, Horizon Bank and David Weekley Homes, for helping organize another successful school supply drive!

David Weekley Homes supported the children in our Residential Treatment Center, while Horizon Bank collected supplies for our foster & adoptive families.

Their continued generosity helps ensure our children and families have what they need to start the new school year feeling prepared, supported, and ready to succeed.

Congratulations to our July Employee of the Month, Rachael Demendoza! 🌟

For the past five years, Rachael has been making a meaningful difference in the lives of the children we serve. After beginning her journey as a Therapeutic Childcare Specialist, she now serves as our Healthcare Coordinator, where she plays an essential role in supporting each child's healing journey—both physically and emotionally. 🩺

With her calm presence, compassionate heart, and positive attitude, Rachael helps every child feel safe, comfortable, and cared for. Her dedication, teamwork, and willingness to support those around her are invaluable to the success of our healthcare team, ensuring children receive the care they deserve.

🦋 Where Hope Grows Wings 🦋

A heartfelt thank you to the incredibly talented Kendra Germenis () for bringing this beautiful butterfly mural to life on our campus. 💙

More than a work of art, this mural symbolizes the completion of our foster families' certification journey and the start of their next chapter. Designed as a photo backdrop, it gives newly certified foster parents a place to celebrate this incredible milestone, commemorate their achievement, and capture the moment they begin providing hope and healing to children in our community. As they begin this journey, they'll help children discover their own wings as they heal, grow, and thrive through compassionate, trauma-informed care.

We are so grateful for Kendra's creativity and generosity in creating such a meaningful space where families can celebrate and begin spreading their wings with our Foster and Adopt team by their side every step of the way.

This mural is a beautiful addition to our campus, and we can't wait to see so many new foster and adoptive parents standing in front of these wings as they begin making a lasting impact.
