Klecknersville Rangers Official

Last evening your Rangers took the trip down to the Upper Nazareth training house to join crews from stations 50 and 54 in real world fire ground evaluations. Members from all 3 stations were split into 4 groups and given a chance to work amongst each other. Assistant Chief Andrukaitis was tasked with teaching VES (vent, enter, search) to the groups, with a number of members from all 3 departments being relatively new to the fire service, this was the first they've ever heard of the term. All firefighters did a phenomenal job and we at station 48 would like to thank Nazareth and Upper Nazareth fire for the chance to drill together

Last evening the Rangers took a field trip to Sullivan for a facility walk-thru with members from Bath. Doing tours like this allows our members to learn what chemicals/fuels are on sites and get a lay of the land in the event of an emergency. We thank the folks at Sullivan for their hospitality and assistance
