🚨 CALL FOR EMS TASK FORCE REPRESENTATIVES! 🚨

The Louisiana Bureau of Emergency Medical Services is now accepting resumes/CVs from individuals interested in serving on the **EMS Task Force!

We are seeking representatives for the following positions:

🚁 Flight Medic
🚒 Fire EMS Representative
🚑 Municipal EMS Representative

These are voluntary positions that require in-person attendance at six (6) meetings annually at the Bureau of EMS.

The Louisiana Ambulance Alliance is thinking of our neighbors across the southern states as Hurricane Isaias makes landfall this weekend.

To all of the first responders who are preparing to work through the storm, thank you for being ready to step in when your communities need you most. We know the days ahead may bring long hours under challenging conditions, but your willingness to answer the call truly makes a difference and does not go unnoticed.

For those preparing for the storm, keep up with local weather alerts and emergency information; have emergency essentials, medications and important documents easily accessible; follow local guidance; and avoid flooded roads. If you are told to evacuate, leave when directed and follow recommended routes.

From all of us at LAA, we wish everyone a safe response and a safe journey home.
