We had an amazing Career Night featuring 18 different careers! Students explored careers in nursing, firefighting, law, and many more while completing a fun scavenger hunt. More than 150 students and family members joined us for this exciting event! A huge thank you to our wonderful presenters for sharing their time, experiences, and knowledge with our students. We are always proud of our efforts to support worthy causes. As a school community we raised $450 for the Susan B Komen foundation. This surpassed last year's total of $319. Through our partnership with Bank of America they tripled our donation, so we will be contributing $1,077 to assist finding a cure for a horrible disease.

Our middle school students kicked off the Month of Young Adolescents (MOYA)with donuts and a ton of fun. Sharky was able to join us again this year, celebrating with students as we launch our theme: Ready, Set, Go... Your Future Awaits! October’s Moral Focus: RESPECT!

This month, we’re putting RESPECT in the spotlight! Respect is the foundation of positive relationships, strong communities, and a welcoming school culture where everyone feels valued and included.

Throughout October, students will explore what it means to show respect through their words, actions, and choices. They’ll learn to recognize the value and dignity of others, practice kindness and empathy, and appreciate the many different perspectives and experiences that make our school community special.

Together, let’s make respect a daily choice—in the classroom, in the hallway, on the playground, and beyond!
