The Living Healthy and Chronic Pain Self-Management Programs are both offered over the phone! Both programs meet via conference call weekly for 6 weeks and cover health topics like nutrition, stress management, communication, exercise, and so much more!

Wondering which program to choose? Everyone can benefit from the Living Healthy program! If your health goals include managing pain, Chronic Pain Self-Management was especially designed for you!

Every participant will receive books and audio resources, plus everyone who completes the program gets a $20 gift card for gas or groceries.
