Our first graders had such a special experience these past four days through the University of Delaware 4-H Embryology Program! 🐣

After patiently watching and waiting, our classroom chicks finally hatched from their eggs in the incubator! Students loved observing the chicks grow, chirp, eat, and explore their new environment throughout the week.

This hands-on experience gave students the chance to learn about life cycles, responsibility, and caring for living things in a meaningful and memorable way. The excitement in the classroom each day was unforgettable! 💙💛
