Looking to improve your English or know someone who is?

Free English language learning classes are available right here in Bluffton through Project Connect! Classes are designed to help adults build their English skills in a welcoming, supportive environment.

First Presbyterian Church
Mondays & Tuesdays
5:00–8:00 p.m.

And they’re also looking for volunteers! If you have a heart for helping others and would be willing to support someone as they learn and practice English, this is a great opportunity to make a difference right here in our community.

As part of the City’s Lead Service Line Replacement Project, work will continue according to the following schedule:

Monday, August 31: 500 block of S Johnson and 400 block of S Williams

Tuesday, September 1: 300 & 600 block of S Johnson, and 100 & 600 block of W Cherry

Wednesday, September 2: 700 & 900 block of W South, 400 block of W Lancaster, 300 block of S Oak, 300 block of S Main

Thursday, September 3: 200, 600, 700 & 900 block of W South, 200 block of W Cherry, 400 block of Lancaster

Friday, September 4: 700 & 900 block of W South

Trash Day Reminder: Please ensure your trash and recycling carts are placed at the curb no later than 5:30 a.m. on your scheduled collection day.
