READ: The facility is clean. Detainees have access to medical care, mental health services, and communications with friends, family, and legal counsel. There is air conditioning, nutritious food, and clean water. If there were actions taking place here that degraded a person's humanity, we would not be part of it.

Participants in the {Ink}arcerated program at CoreCivic's Red Rock facility in are showcasing their artwork ahead of the annual show at a local gallery in May. The {Ink}arcerated program was developed by a team of Arizona State University Center for Correctional Solutions students in 2017.
